Buffalo Bills safety Cole Bishop left the field after an injury in the first half against the Houston Texans, forcing Buffalo to rely on its depth in the secondary early on.
Bishop was hurt during a second-quarter play and was seen favoring his leg as he walked off the field with the help of athletic trainers.
After the play, Bishop was sent to the medical tent for an evaluation. A team update noted that Bishop walked to the sideline on his own following initial tests, and Damar Hamlin took over Bishop’s role on the field.
