Anna is described by Kupp as the “absolute warrior” of their household. The couple married in 2015 and now raise three sons, with Anna often on the sidelines at games and sharing moments from their lives on social media. After Seattle clinched a playoff spot in December 2025, she publicly celebrated her husband, and Kupp publicly thanked her for being his rock.
Kupp’s football lineage runs deep, spanning three generations. His grandfather, Jake Kupp, played at the University of Washington and became a Pro Bowl guard with the New Orleans Saints. His father, Craig Kupp, was a quarterback at Pacific Lutheran University and later played in the NFL for the Phoenix Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys, a connection that even surfaced on air when Troy Aikman recalled backing Craig in 1991.
The family’s football journey continues through Cooper and Anna’s three sons: Cooper Jameson “June” (born July 2018), Cypress Stellar (January 2021), and Solas Reign (June 2023). The Kupps have documented their growth as a unit, with posts highlighting Solas’s arrival and the family’s gratitude for each new chapter as Cooper transitions from Yakima to Eastern Washington University to the NFL and now Seattle.
Anna’s support extends beyond schedules and sideline photos. Kupp has emphasized that Anna helps with nutrition, injury recovery, and managing life with three young children, noting that it’s difficult to fully express how much she does for him and the family.
Kupp’s longtime high school friend, Austin Wagner, says Anna keeps him grounded. Wagner described Anna as Cooper’s rock and noted that her high standards push Kupp to excel on and off the field, a dynamic that has helped shape the quarterback/receiver’s work ethic and football career across every stage of his rise. The Kupp family’s story, from Yakima to Super Bowl LX, underscores faith, discipline, and a strong football lineage.
