The Pro Bowl Games will air Tuesday, Feb. 3, with ESPN coverage starting at 6:30 p.m. ET on Postseason NFL Countdown, followed by Progressive Pro Bowl Kickoff at 8:00 p.m. ET and the Pro Bowl Games at 8:15 p.m. ET. Fans can watch across ESPN, Disney XD, ESPN Deportes, the ESPN App, and the NFL streaming hub.
The format centers on a series of skills challenges—passing, catching, and relay-style events—whose results determine the starting score for the AFC vs. NFC flag football game, with the points carrying over to the final matchup.
The AFC roster features quarterbacks Josh Allen and Justin Herbert, plus playmakers Ja’Marr Chase, Nico Collins, Jonathan Taylor, and Brock Bowers; Drake May was voted in but will be prepping for the Super Bowl. Defenders include Myles Garrett, T.J. Watt, Patrick Surtain II, and Kyle Hamilton. On the NFC side, quarterbacks Matthew Stafford, Dak Prescott, and Sam Darnold (non-participating) headline a group that also includes Christian McCaffrey, Amon-Ra St. Brown, George Kittle, Penei Sewell, Micah Parsons, Aidan Hutchinson, and Budda Baker; Seahawks participants Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Devon Witherspoon, and Rashid Shaheed will sit out due to Super Bowl prep.
Two Hall of Fame coaches will lead the teams this year: Jerry Rice coaching the NFC and Steve Young guiding the AFC, replacing last year’s Eli and Peyton Manning-led setup.
Following the Pro Bowl Games, attention shifts to Super Bowl LX, airing Sunday, Feb. 8 on NBC and Peacock. The Patriots and Seahawks meet in Santa Clara in a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX; New England, led by quarterback Maye, returns to the championship game for the first time in seven years, while Seattle advances behind Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
