ESPN’s Seth Wickersham and Brady Henderson reported that the transaction is tied to the period after SB LX, which features Seattle facing the New England Patriots in Santa Clara on February 8.
Allen’s estate has owned both the Seahawks and the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers since the Microsoft co-founder died in 2018 after a long battle with cancer.
